Ketan Pandya – CTO

Ketan has extensive experience in building financial systems and has worked for  Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and JPMorgan Chase.

After graduating in from Imperial College London, Ketan joined Andersen Consulting and worked as a senior consultant in various industries including utility, financial, and industrial. During his time at Lehman Brothers he  developed derivative trading systems that became the European standard and which were then used in London, Frankfurt and Zurich.

After the departure of several senior traders to Chase Manhattan, Ketan was asked to join Chase Manhattan and manage its front-office equity derivatives technology group. There Ketan and his team developed state-of-the-art risk and P&L systems for equity derivatives. The Federal Reserve rated the system very highly during its 1998 technology audit.

Ketan, left Chase Manhattan to start Ocean. in 1999 during which time  he has delivered new systems including four at a major European bank within 12 months - Counterparty Risk Management, Consolidated Risk Reports, Event Management and Global HR Management systems.

Ketan still remains the CEO of Ocean and also Heads the Development at ROR Dynamics.

Harmi Gill - COO

Harmi is a Graduate of Kingston University with an Honors degree in Business and Computing. He has 18 years of Software development and Consultancy experience. The 1st 8 years in developing Oracle database systems and the last 10 years Harmi has worked extensively in SAP Business Intelligence.

Harmi has consulted, developed and delivered solutions across a number of Industry sectors for major organisations such as Lloyds TSB, SAP, Kent Constabulary, National Panasonic, LogicaCMG, Cadbury Schweppes, Brake Bros, Scottish Power, Forte Hotels and many more.

Development Team

The RORDynamics development team currently consists of  highly skilled software engineers. The team's industry background ranges from Lehman Brothers, Chase Manhattan Bank and D. E. Shaw Securities. Although developers come from a variety of backgrounds, they all have a degree in a Computer Science or Numerical discipline and postgraduate qualifications.
